Refund/Exchange Policy

Thanks for shopping with Jireh Home Collection, we hope you love your new purchase. However if something is not quite right, making a return is easy. Here's how...

You have 30 days from the time you receive your order, to request a refund or exchange.

Before lodging a return, please keep the following in mind:
Your item/items must be in the same condition that you received it; unused, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. For change of mind/exchanges, return postage must be paid for by the customer. 

To start a refund or exchange, you can contact us at jireh.homecollection@gmail.com to start the return process.

Simply let us know:

  • The name your order was placed under
  • Order number
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for returning

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Your refund will be processed via the same payment method or card used for the original purchase. Shipping fees are non refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Due to the perishable nature of our eco-soy wax Retreat Candles we do not offer returns on these items.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for returns refunds to be processed. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
